Giving Tuesday

Giving Tuesday - help California fire victims - ethical fashion

10% of today's proceeds help California fire victims

Just over a year ago, our community was devastated by fire. This past month, as the smoke from the far-off Camp Fire poisoned our air and reddened the sun, our hearts hung heavy for the pain, fear, and loss we knew so many were going through at that very moment. Our hope in giving to them is that all hearts will heal a little bit more.

The road ahead of Paradise is long, and they’ll need all the help and support they can get. That’s why 10% of every purchase today—Giving Tuesday—will be donated to victims of the Camp Fire.

Enjoy the last day of our 25% off sale, and we will donate 10% of today’s proceeds to the displaced people of Paradise, California.

More Ways to Donate

Two banks are accepting donations with 100% of funds raised benefiting fire victims: Tri Counties Bank, and Golden Valley Bank. Learn more about the way they're distributing funds from the San Jose Mercury News

The North Valley Community Foundation has three funds: The Camp Fire Relief Fund, the Camp Fire Public Safety Family Relief Fund, and the Butte County Schools Fire Relief Fund. Donors can make an open gift to the school fund, or designate a specific use, like textbooks or school supplies.

Donate to United Way of Northern California. They are providing emergency cash assistance and gift cards to those who lost their home. This cash aid is provided to help individuals move on from the shelters and is typically used to help find temporary/permanent housing, make up for lost work wages, cover transportation and relocation costs as well as extra money for food, gas etc.
